Send your message to admin@picture2txt.com. Picture2Txt does not use a public contact form in the current release because the site does not need to collect message content through an application backend.
What to include in a useful extraction bug report
- The exact Picture2Txt page URL.
- Your browser name and version.
- Your device type and operating system.
- The image format and approximate file size.
- The recognition language you selected.
- The action that caused the problem.
- The visible error message, with private content removed.
What not to send
Do not email passwords, recovery codes, identity documents, medical records, financial documents, confidential business files, private screenshots, extracted personal data, or source images containing sensitive information.
Before reporting an accuracy problem
Try a tighter crop, correct the rotation, select the matching language, and compare the original with a moderately enhanced version. The image text accuracy guide covers common causes of missed text. The image text enhancer provides preparation controls.
